Job Title: Financial Controller

Job Summary:

At MANN+HUMMEL, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial updates to management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the local CFO to prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control.
  • Implement the controlling set-up over the new plant.
  • Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs, and both team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures.
  • Support the CFO in establishing financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Support Purchase dept. in the management of trading good inventory.
  • Enhance internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow.
  • Be the Local expert FICO SAP4HANA topics.
  • Support Corporate team in developing new reports (using SAP and Power BI).
  • Support on sales plan activities and periodical sales report for the business unit.

Your Profile:

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant field of education with specialization in Controlling and Internal Audit.
  • Experience: Min 2 years of relevant work experience, in a manufacturing company preferable.
  • Required Skills: Strong knowledge of S4/HANA (Fi.CO) and Power BI. Deep knowledge of managerial accounting, cost accounting, sales control. MS Office.
  • Language: Excellent English.
