Job Title: Financial Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at MANN+HUMMEL. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial updates to management, analyzing and reporting financial data, and supporting the local CFO in preparing budgets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business decisions
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the local CFO and management team
  • Collaborate with the Purchase department to manage trading good inventory
  • Enhance internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow
  • Support the development of new reports using SAP and Power BI

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant field of education
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing company
  • Strong knowledge of S4/HANA (Fi.CO) and Power BI
  • Deep knowledge of managerial accounting, cost accounting, and sales control
  • Excellent English language skills
