As a Technical Field Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to customers, helping them to choose the right components or solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical knowledge and guidance to customers on Arrow's products, services, and solutions.
- Help customers troubleshoot technical issues and offer practical solutions that meet their requirements.
- Assist customers in designing and developing custom solutions that meet their unique specifications.
- Engage suppliers to assist with product validation to ensure that the products meet the customer's requirements and standards.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and suppliers, ensuring that the customer's requirements are understood and met.
- You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
- You have obtained or will obtain a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering related studies in 2024 or not more than 2 years ago.
- You must be fluent in Italian and English (oral & written).
- You must have sound knowledge of concepts in Electronics Engineering.
- You must have good understanding of latest technologies and trends in the market.
- You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be able to interact proactively with the team and external stakeholders.
- You must be able to learn new platforms and systems with an innovative approach.
