Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rina Consulting Integration Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, supporting the definition of general guidelines for business operations, and planning and integrating goals and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cooperating with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Supporting the definition of general guidelines for business operations in relation to the company's strategy.
  • Planning and integrating goals and metrics pertaining to commercial, operative, quality, technical, and financial objectives.
  • Integration and problem-solving for closing gaps between performance and goals.
  • Motivating and coaching the operating units to a high-performance economic/financial mindset.
  • Leading and promoting efficiency and optimization of the operating units in terms of revenues, margins, internal & external costs, invoicing, cash flow, credit collection.
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of all internal and external processes and cost efficiency.
  • Leading and supporting the operational units in carrying out the sales & project management process and procurement process.
  • Analyzing operational figures and key performance indicators to identify business or administrative issues, identifying the root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Supervising back office activities (e.g., contract management, invoicing, credit collection).
  • Facilitating collaboration with Global Functions in order to carry out Operations smoothly.
  • Collaborating with RINA Operating Units and ensuring management support if needed.
  • Ensuring customers are cared for with high standards of quality and efficiency of services.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Economics.
  • At least 5 years of previous working experience in similar roles with a focus on Business Controlling and Reporting.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of Reporting tools and applications (e.g., Qlik View, Power BI).
