At 2050 K-T G.M.B.H. Germany, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Installation Specialist to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation of our cutting-edge tools at customer sites across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold pre-installation meetings with customers to scope their unique requirements and create a plan of action to meet those needs.
  • Install and test our tools to meet KLA specifications, including system testing, light source and optical integration, and precision alignment.
  • Solve complex system issues in a timely manner using abstract thought, data analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Manage critical issues across customers and regions, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate verification of tool performance with customers and perform install/customer-focused application testing to approve operational quality.
  • Provide new product installation training to worldwide customer support engineering.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree/diploma in engineering, mechanical, electrical, electronic engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years semiconductor industry work experience is a bonus.
  • Panel of competencies in optical, mechanic, electronic, lithography, metrology, and laser technology – is desirable.
  • Good level technical & analytical skills, ability to understand and troubleshoot problems in software and electronic, optic, mechanical, electro-mechanical or electro-optical systems.
  • Knowledge of computer theory, operating systems i.e. MS Windows.
  • Ability to work under pressure and work to project deadlines.
  • Available to travel internationally.
