About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Epc Project Developer to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing solar projects, securing internal approvals, and leading the acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze solar projects, including due diligence and commercial negotiations
  • Secure internal approvals and lead the MA process to acquire projects
  • Manage relationships with co-development partners, including contractual obligations
  • Drive development permitting process to ensure timely ReadyToBuild status
  • Provide environmental issues expertise when necessary
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including municipalities, public authorities, and landowners
  • Coordinate internal teams, including legal and engineering
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of local market legislation, regulations, and subsidiary schemes
  • Presentation and reporting on projects to the internal investment committee
  • Control costs and cash flow within the development budget
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in renewable energy project development
  • Deep knowledge of site-securing, interconnection, and permitting processes
  • Extensive knowledge and experience on environmental issues
  • Experience in renewable project acquisition transactions
  • Good understanding of financial modeling and experience with PPAs
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate teams
  • Engineering degree, MBA a plus
  • Native in local language, fluent in English a plus
