Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the customization of our cloud-based platform solution for customers across EMEA. As Software Solution Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading internal and external project teams to ensure successful implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop internal technical teams while managing external contractors.
  • Identify training needs and implement buddy programs for knowledge-sharing and team growth.
  • Empower teams to develop expertise to meet customer expectations and overcome challenges.
  • Oversee dynamic resource allocation, balancing internal staff and external contractors.
  • Establish governance frameworks to maintain technical consistency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Solid experience managing large development teams for a SaaS provider or integrator.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and managing internal and external technical teams.
  • Expertise in system integration, SaaS customization, and scalable solutions in a customer-facing role.
