Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MX B2B Key Account Manager to join our team at Samsung. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with large corporate and SME accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets in the MX Large Account channel.
  • Retain and grow existing customer relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities and implementing business strategies to achieve profitable relationships.
  • Liaise between customers and company departments to ensure exceptional service and delivery of IM projects, products, and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Manage commercial negotiations and contracts, ensuring correct delivery of products and customer service.
  • Liaise with Pre-Sales department to provide customers with technical expertise about features, demos, maintenance, customization of product and/or solutions.
  • Closely monitor sales volumes, revenues, and costs against forecasts.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales (Products and Solutions), preferably in Government (Central and Local) sectors.
  • Excellent MS Office tools and very good written and spoken English language skills.
  • Ability to travel 70% domestically, with occasional international transfers.
