Position Summary

As a key member of the Samsung MX team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing long-term business relationships with channel partners in the B2B ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on the Notebook category, identifying new opportunities and expanding our customer base in specific regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Samsung MX B2B sales through accounted resellers and prospects, with a special focus on the Notebook category.
  • Scout new potential resellers within assigned territories to achieve market break-through.
  • Establish long-term business relationships with prospect channel partners to bring them on board in the Samsung MX Channel Program.
  • Boost the Samsung MX Channel Program by developing a new B2B ecosystem vision, leveraging cross-device collaboration and mobile solutions.
  • Support channel partners in managing complex projects and deals, engaging directly with end-user customers or working closely with the Samsung MX Direct Touch team.
  • Liaise with the P&S team to provide customers with technical expertise on product features, Knox platform, demos, maintenance, and customization.
  • Liaise with the Direct Touch team to optimize collaboration and workflow through all channels.
  • Work closely with Distribution account managers to define sales forecasting and update them on channel insights, opportunities, and business requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics (preferably).
  • 5-7 years of experience in Consumer Electronics.
  • Excellent MS Office tools skills.
  • Very good written and spoken English language skills.
  • 80% domestic travel required, with occasional international transfers.
