About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team in Italy Milano. As a key member of our Off-Trade business, you will be responsible for managing national clients and driving revenue growth through strategic commercial relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial strategies that maximize brand presence and product mix.
  • Optimize client relationships to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
  • Oversee P&L for national clients, create and negotiate annual account promotion plans, and manage individual budgets.
  • Analyze market trends and qualitative results to identify opportunities and maintain a dynamic understanding of the market.
Requirements
  • Proven commercial experience as a Key Account Manager in Off-Trade structures, with expertise in P&L management.
  • Familiarity with database analysis applications and market indicators.
  • Dynamic team player with strong results orientation, problem-solving skills, negotiation abilities, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
