Job Title: National Account Manager Mass Market

As a National Account Manager Mass Market, you will be responsible for meeting personal sales targets as established, focusing on moderate accounts within identified markets or geography. You will work with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met on time and manage accounts' sales growth and profitability in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet personal sales targets as established, focusing on moderate accounts within identified markets or geography.

  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients.
  • Participate in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial experience for 3-5 years as a NAM, preferably in Drugstore Channel and in FMCG companies.
  • Deep knowledge of mass market channel and customers.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English as well as fluency in Italian.
  • Strong customer management skills and bias for business development.
  • Strong track record in delivering top-line and profit results.
