Airline Account Manager

**About the Role**
As part of , we are seeking a highly skilled and commercially savvy Airline Account Manager to join our team in Spain. Reporting to the Airline Director, this role involves developing and implementing the airline commercial strategy aimed at enhancing growth and market share across Spain as a key market. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams in France and Italy as well as across the European region, and will be responsible for managing relationships between 's Airline partners in the Spanish Market.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Manage and develop strategic partnerships with local, regional, and global airline partners to enhance growth and market share in the Spanish market.
• Collaborate with the local product marketing team to grow the local Spanish market sales through the development and implementation of commercial strategies.
• Participate in national and international tradeshows to build relationships and promote 's services.
• Work closely with multiple internal teams to create long-term growth in the local market.
• Design and execute on the short, mid, and long-term market strategy to ensure competitiveness and market share growth.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to the regional director to improve the business and achieve growth targets.
**Requirements**
• Proficient in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience developing and implementing initiatives to drive performance with key partners.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead a wide variety of projects at a time.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify underlying trends and make informed commercial decisions.
• Self-starter mentality, with the ability to define innovative solutions for airline partners.
• Proven experience with leading and closing commercial negotiations with airline or online travel agency partners.
• Consistent track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Minimum 3-4 years of commercial experience within an airline or online travel agency environment.
• Bachelor degree or above.
