Enterprise Account Manager

As a key member of our Cloud Computing team, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive growth and shape the future of our business. Your responsibilities will include engaging with new customers, maximizing customer success, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the segment Manager to define marketing strategy and identify opportunities to engage FSI customers.
- Develop and execute a named account plan, meeting and exceeding targets.
- Manage accounts concurrently and strategically, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage a high volume of inquiries from customers, articulating compelling value propositions around AWS services.
- Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Regular traveling across the related territory.
Experience as a quota-carrying technology field sales individual or business development professional is required. You should have experience coordinating multiple sales team members dedicated to a particular account, as well as increasing technology adoption and creating long-term transformational account strategies.
A technical or educational background in engineering or computer science is preferred. Experience selling cloud solutions and cross-functional selling experience are also beneficial.
