About the Role

Deliveroo's Enterprise Account Management team is responsible for managing our restaurant relationships. As we continue to scale, our restaurant partnerships become a significant revenue channel for us. We provide best-in-class support and act as restaurant consultants, using data-driven insights and industry knowledge to drive growth for our partner restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key enterprise restaurants in your territory, focusing on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze performance, preparing and presenting partner performance review meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Run regular in-store visits, manage operational meetings and reviews, and build and deliver insights during monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Increase revenue and health metrics by consulting restaurant partners on best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional departments to drive business growth (Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service).
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial role (account management or sales).
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent attention to detail, people skills, and organization skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office tools and related project management applications to drive best practices.
  • A self-starter who can manage their own time and priorities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Driving license required.
