Strategic Enterprise Account Sales Manager Position

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales engagements into a set of Enterprise accounts. Your focus will be on creating and implementing strategic account plans focused on achieving enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet products and services. You will develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers and leverage these during the sales process. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal groups to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work. You will negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Generate enterprise business opportunities and manage the sales process through to closure of the sale.
  • Achieve agreed quarterly sales goals.
  • Generate a sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and accurately forecast pipeline.
  • Acquire, lead, and develop major accounts within your assigned region.
  • Utilize strong account management skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within targeted major accounts.
  • Conduct effective presentations to C-level sales planning, leading to accurate forecasting of the business.
  • Establish relationships with and sell through channel partners.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, products, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to sell solutions to Major Accounts.
  • A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability.
  • Experience in closing large deals.
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle.
  • Several years' sales experience selling to Major Accounts.
  • Several years' selling enterprise network products and services, security preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Possess a competitive, self-starter, hunter-type mentality.
  • Strong communication both written and verbal, including presentation skills.
  • Very strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with Channel partners and understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market approach.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the complexities around products and technology integrations.
