Strategic Sales Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to join our EMEA Enterprise team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for providing industry-leading payment solutions to prospective clients, including small- and medium-sized businesses as well as large, enterprise businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the strategic sales thread while consulting with prospects at the owner and C-suite level.
  • Leverage referred leads and self-cultivated leads to nurture your pipeline.
  • Connect with prospects to help improve their experience, cash flow, and bottom line.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and focus on growing the existing customer base.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of sales experience, including research, discovering needs, recommending solutions, and solving business problems.
  • Experience in technology solutions is helpful, as is a background in the payments industry.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new enterprise customers.
  • Experience dealing with high-level stakeholders.
  • A consultative approach that is successful with C-suite and business owners.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
