Join Our Team as a Director of Sales

We're looking for a talented and experienced Director of Sales to join our team at artotel. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships to enhance our hotel's reputation and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and upsell opportunities
  • Contribute to creating a stellar reputation for our hotel, promoting it, building loyalty, and interaction to increase revenue
  • Identify commercial initiatives and opportunities to drive exposure, bookings, and covers for the hotel and its outlets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively manage all sales channels, utilize on-property resources, and leverage above-the-property sales engines to deliver results
  • Maintain direct relations with customers and local communities to enhance the hotel's reputation and visibility
  • Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage sales teams to meet sales human resource objectives
  • Play a customer expert role, ensuring sales information provided to operational departments is punctual, accurate, and reaches on time to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Supervise, coordinate, and deliver B2C, B2B, and M&E campaigns and relevant sales activities
  • Manage the client journey from enquiry through to the big day
