As the EMEA Strategic Sales Director for Broadcom's Enterprise Security Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy for our strategic customers in EMEA. Your primary objective will be to spearhead portfolio adoption, retention, and competitive displacement. This position requires a strong leader who can inspire and manage a team of account directors, collaborate with key partners, and achieve financial and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with Broadcom's Enterprise Security Group portfolio in EMEA.
  • Drive retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement through strategic customer engagement.
  • Matrix manage and support a team of account directors to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business objectives.
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries.
  • Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target strategic customers.
