About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Delta Electronics EMEA. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our Telecom Power Solutions to customers in Italy, working closely with our local sales team, regional sales managers, and customers to achieve successful sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate sales offers as per customer needs
  • Support sales team for quotations
  • Collect and provide field feedback to R&D/product management for design and feature improvement suggestions
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our company product lines

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in a sales position, experience with drafting an offer and preferably with selling solutions
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian
  • Fluent and effective communication in English
  • Responsibility, autonomy, reliability, and flexibility
  • Technical and analytical thinking, precision, organizational skills
  • Driver license level-B required
  • Strong Team player who also can work independently in an international team
  • Positive spirit and attitude with implementation skill, ability to work under pressure and meet business deadlines, high level of business ethics
