About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Manager to join our team at Dfs France. As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a cross-functional sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Work with the Product Sales Manager to drive sales growth, increase team productivity, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Team Management: Ensure clear goals and objectives are set for the team, focused on customer experience and productivity targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain high standards of product and brand knowledge among the team and ensure floor presentation meets or exceeds brand and DFS requirements.
  • Communication: Liaise with the Assistant General Manager (AGM) Sales on staff coverage and job duty scheduling needs, and provide feedback to the Product Sales Manager on sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years' experience in the luxury retail industry, with team leadership experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well with people at various levels, outgoing and assertive personality, and a passion for the brands and products represented.
  • Education: Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
