We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our sales team at Dfs France. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Accountabilities- Drive sales growth through effective team management, sales strategies, and customer engagement
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth
- Maintain high standards of product knowledge and presentation
- 4+ years' experience in luxury sales or retail management
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and presentation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
