About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving commercial objectives in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the head office sales officer to implement the business strategy and plan actions to be implemented in the market to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and execute marketing communications plans to support targeted commercial operations and visit customers and prospects to create and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Consolidate and expand the network of contacts with customers and work with other Regional Sales Managers to create synergies and collaborations to increase sales.
  • Collect and share internal information from the market and report regularly to the Sales Manager and/or VP of Sales about sales activities.
  • Participate in professional development activities provided for in the company's training plans.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of three years in product and/or service sales.
  • University degree or Diploma.
  • Spirit of initiative and ability to analyze strategic and customer development aspects.
  • Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Ability to manage time and work as a team.
