Job Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager at Abbott, you will be responsible for leading the TMTI franchise for the assigned Region, coordinating the regional field force team. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to meet annual sales targets, budget, and market share goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional strategies to drive sales growth and meet market share goals.
- Support the introduction of new SH technologies in the market and lead the adoption and growth of new therapies.
- Coordinate the regional field force team in executing selling processes, clinical activities, therapy development, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage negotiations and tenders, monthly/quarterly forecasts, reporting, market trend, and competitive analysis.

- 10+ years of related work experience
- Good knowledge of English (listening and writing)
