Regional Manager - North East Italy Job Description

At Dentsply Sirona, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our sales team in the North East Italy region.

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for achieving assigned turnover targets for your area of responsibility, through effective management of resources and in compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting/exceeding budgeted sales quota while adhering to an annual expense budget
  • Managing the Sales Plan of your area
  • Proposing suitable solutions to improve sales results
  • Leading employees to achieve the assigned objectives
  • Developing an accurate regional analysis of territory and customers
  • Establishing and maintaining productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospects
  • Coordinating and conducting regional sales meetings
  • Coordinating and setting-up major regional trade shows and clinical meetings, as needed or required
  • Co-travelling with territory managers
  • Recruiting, training and developing the sales team, in compliance with company policy
  • Directly managing key customers
  • Managing and enhancing the value of the existing customer base
  • Identifying and acquiring new significant customers
  • Guaranteeing maximum efficiency in the area, within the budget

Requirements:

  • Experience in the role in multinational companies
  • Experience in the dental field will be considered a significant plus
  • University degree or education
  • Knowledge of English and IT tools
  • Excellent skills in managing sales representatives with an agency contract
  • Knowledge of sales and territory management techniques
  • Results orientation
  • Public speaking
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Integrity
