Regional Sales Director

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Director to lead our TMTI franchise (MitraClip & TriClip) in a specific Region. In this role, you will coordinate and manage a regional field force team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement region-specific strategies to achieve annual sales targets, budget, and market share goals under the supervision of the Division Manager.
- Promote new SH technologies, drive adoption, and growth by supporting their introduction in the market.
- Oversee the regional field force team in executing the selling process, clinical activities (including case support and screening), therapy development, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage negotiations and tenders, monthly/quarterly forecasts, reporting, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Foster relationships with customers, KOLs, and other external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal functions (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Health Economics, Tender, Customer Service).
- Maintain compliance with applicable procedures and policies.
To be successful in this position, you should possess 10+ years of relevant work experience and have a strong background in sales leadership.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of English (listening and writing), presentation skills, ability to build relationships, and demonstrate ethical conduct.
Compensation PackageWe offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on industry standards, your qualifications, and location. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances.
