Role Overview
">Salesforce is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Enterprise Sales Director to join our team in Rome, Italy. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
">About the Role
">In this role, you will lead a team of Account Executives selling the entire Salesforce Customer Success Platform across multiple Energy and Utilities enterprise customers. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to enhance business growth, driving strategic engagement, and delivering value at scale.
">Your Impact
">You will have a significant impact on the growth of our overall organization, directly impacting customer relationships and driving business outcomes. You will masterfully engage with clients, coaching your team to develop in their careers and inspiring them to deliver exceptional results.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement successful sales campaigns to drive customer awareness and engagement.
- Actively lead and monitor demand-generation activities, consistently tracking and reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management.
- Engage at the C-level in customer organizations, capable of successfully handling significant client concerns and issues.
- Develop required corporate relationships and executive engagement to support success.
Requirements
">We are looking for a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, with excellent presentation and executive engagement skills, as well as strong negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading Account Executives and creating impactful teams that achieve success.
