Located in the heart of Rome, our stylish new opening hotel offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Sales Director. We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in driving sales and leading teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead and mentor a sales team to ensure exceptional performance and customer service.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
