New Business:

Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Southern European market to achieve revenue targets. Lead the sales team in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with key stakeholders to enhance TransferRoom's presence and reputation in the region.

Customer Expansion:

Develop and execute strategies to drive upselling and increase revenue from existing clients. Collaborate with our Customer Success team to identify expansion opportunities and foster a culture of accountability and success.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the sales team in Southern Europe, providing guidance and support to drive performance. Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to drive success.

Relation Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance TransferRoom's presence and reputation in the Southern European market. Travel within the region to meet with key customers and stakeholders and represent TransferRoom at industry events.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the Southern European region. Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and identify growth areas.

Requirements:
  • Previous B2B SaaS experience in sales management roles covering new business development and customer expansion in the Southern European market.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets including upsell revenue.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Southern European region to meet with key customers.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strategic mindset and ability to develop effective sales strategies.
