Global Sales Director for International Markets

About the Role
As a Global Sales Director for International Markets, you will play a critical role in driving business growth on an international scale. Reporting directly to the Vice President – Telecommunication Market, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand Telespazio's presence in new markets and deepen existing relationships.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial prospects and define commercial plans for assigned markets
- Acelearte customer acquisition through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM strategies
- Meet or exceed quarterly order intake goal targets
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around TPZ services
- Coordinate the offering processes and manage a team of senior Sales Managers distributed across several European countries
- Manage relationships with current and potential customers to maximize commercial opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with 8-15 years of experience in Satcom/telecommunications related sales or business development. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a proven track record of establishing and leveraging a network within the European Satcom industry.
Benefits
As a member of the Leonardo team, you can expect a competitive salary range of €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
