Sales Strategy

">

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the expansion of our sales strategy in Germany, Italy, Benelux, and Spain. This involves creating and implementing a sales plan for our brands in these markets, both offline and through specialist e-commerce shops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in assigned markets.">
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH REGULAR MEETINGS AND COMMUNICATION.">
  • CREATING A POSITIVE IMAGE OF THE COMPANY THROUGH EFFECTIVE MARKETING AND SALES ACTIVITIES.">
  • Negotiate contracts and cooperation conditions with external partners from the market.">
  • Analyze market trends and competition to inform sales strategies.">
  • Achieve sales and business development goals.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success and a network of contacts.">
  • Experience in expanding both offline and online sales channels.">
  • Knowledge of the children's products/electronics industry.">
  • The drive to achieve sales targets.">
  • Strong analytical skills.">
  • Excellent English fluency in speaking and writing (Polish not required; additional languages are a plus).">
