Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our energy storage systems team in Italy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the European market.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is €120,000 - €150,000, depending on experience, with additional benefits including mobile working options, two annual company events, and various other employee perks.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage the sales of Lithium Ion batteries for Energy Storage Systems, focusing on utility-scale applications. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating supply agreements. Additionally, you will prepare commercial offers, execute sales plans, and ensure project milestones are met in the pre-sales phase.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, sales background with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience, and good understanding of battery/energy storage technologies. Strong computer, collaborative, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as fluency in Italian and English. Experience in intercultural settings and persuasiveness are highly valued.
