About the Role:

  • The Commercial Director will be responsible for managing the relationship between the asset and its direct service providers, clients, and third parties.
  • This role combines commercial leadership with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory and compliance standards.
  • You will work closely with local advisors and experts to stay informed about regional feedstock trends, regulations, and opportunities.
  • Effective communication is key in this role, as you will manage all required communications through web portals and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Asset Management: Manage the relationship between the asset and its direct service providers, clients, and third parties.
  2. Local Advisor Coordination: Collaborate with local advisors and experts to stay informed about regional feedstock trends, regulations, and opportunities.
  3. Communication: Manage all required communications through web portals and regulatory bodies.
  4. Monitor sales and supplier transactions: Verify invoices and income/expenses.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field; MBA or CAS in Economics.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management, agricultural, and/or commercial operations, with at least 5 years in a relevant role, ideally within the renewable energy or Waste-to-Energy sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of Italian regulation, including the GSE scheme.
