Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Manager Onco Hema to join our team at Amgen. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive and innovative customer-focused brand plans to ensure the Onco-Hematology Business Unit achieves its qualitative and quantitative goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize revenue and market share: Drive sales activity and provide leadership to the field force to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop regional plans: Translate Amgen affiliate and brand strategy into regional plans that align with business goals.
  • Monitor sales performance: Analyze the sales performance of relevant brands in the territory and identify key levers for action.
  • Ensure budget control: Manage approved budgets to ensure appropriate allocation of resources to meet the plan and financial control.
  • Build a high-performing sales team: Recruit, select, and onboard new hires, and coach and motivate team members to achieve/exceed territory goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience with CRM databases and MS Office
  • Very good working knowledge of English
  • Relevant local legal qualification
