Regional Coordination Manager

Starcom is seeking a highly skilled Regional Coordination Manager to join its Milan office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in client account leadership and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and responsiveness.
- Provide leadership for direct reports and help nurture their development.
- Work with cross-functional teams to collaborate on plan structure and implementation.
- Brief local teams on campaigns and provide guidance on what is expected of them.
- Communicate effectively with teams by leading regular meetings to foster strong relationships.
- At least 6 years of agency experience, with a strong background in global/international experience.
- Understanding of digital media ecosystem and history of managing omnichannel campaigns.
- Automotive category experience is a plus.
- Strategy background and proficiency in using the Microsoft Suite of programs.
- Fluent English speaker, with Italian language skills a plus.
