Main Objective of the Role
As a key member of the Abbott Laboratories team, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the TMTI franchise (MitraClip & TriClip) for the assigned Region, coordinating the regional field force team to achieve sales targets and market share goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the Division Manager, develop and implement regional strategies to meet annual sales targets, budget, and market share objectives.
- Support the introduction of new SH technologies in the market, driving new therapies adoption and growth.
- Coordinate the regional field force team in executing the sales process, clinical activities (including case support and screening), therapy development, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage negotiations and tenders, monthly/quarterly forecasts, reporting, market trend analysis, and competitive analysis.
- Cultivate relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and external stakeholders.
- Closely collaborate with internal functions (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Health Economics, Tender, Customer Service) to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable procedures and policies.
Requirements
10+ years of relevant work experience.
