Main Objective of the Role

As a key member of the Abbott Laboratories team, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the TMTI franchise (MitraClip & TriClip) for the assigned Region, coordinating the regional field force team to achieve sales targets and market share goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Under the supervision of the Division Manager, develop and implement regional strategies to meet annual sales targets, budget, and market share objectives.
  2. Support the introduction of new SH technologies in the market, driving new therapies adoption and growth.
  3. Coordinate the regional field force team in executing the sales process, clinical activities (including case support and screening), therapy development, and marketing campaigns.
  4. Manage negotiations and tenders, monthly/quarterly forecasts, reporting, market trend analysis, and competitive analysis.
  5. Cultivate relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and external stakeholders.
  6. Closely collaborate with internal functions (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Health Economics, Tender, Customer Service) to achieve business objectives.
  7. Ensure compliance with applicable procedures and policies.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant work experience.
