Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute regional sales plans to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  2. Collaborate with internal functions to support the introduction of new SH technologies and therapies.
  3. Lead the regional field force team in executing selling processes, clinical activities, and marketing campaigns.
  4. Manage negotiations, tenders, forecasts, reporting, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  5. Cultivate relationships with customers, KOLs, and external stakeholders.
  6. Work closely with internal functions to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  7. Ensure compliance with applicable procedures and policies.

Requirements

10+ years of related work experience.
