Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with key regional wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out performance of assigned regional customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional wholesalers, ensuring alignment with channel commercial objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage customer P&Ls, conduct regular performance reviews, and collaborate with the On Trade National Key Account Manager/Sell-Out team to maximize results.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the On Trade Business Area Manager.
