Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a territory of at least 90 independent retailers, ensuring that every store owner receives a quality phone call every week that leads to:

  • An advancement in their stock holding
  • You selling them appropriate new releases
  • Providing knowledge about improving product sales
  • A continued improvement in our business relationship

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Calls: We have a comprehensive call structure and robust training for you to follow. This has been developed to maximise the impact of our client interactions, giving you the best chance to manage the sales relationship and set them up for long term success with our product.
  • Restock Orders: An appropriate restock order for each of your Clients, every month
  • Client Support: Support your clients to grow their sales of our products
  • Business Development: Improve long term business relationships that lead to our clients selling more product year on year

Requirements:

  • Fluent in one of the following languages: Italian, French, German, Dutch or Polish
  • Bachelor Degree and Driving Licence

Work Environment:

  • 5 days a week, Monday to Friday roughly 9-5 depending on your territory
