Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a highly skilled Sales Effectiveness Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Commercial Excellence team, you will play a critical role in shaping the sales force effectiveness strategy for the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the assessment of sales process gaps and provide subject matter expertise guidance on solutions.
  • Develop and implement the sales force effectiveness strategy for the EMEA region.
  • Support sales leaders in optimizing their go-to-market strategies and processes.
  • Define sales competency models and profiles in alignment with global Johnson & Johnson Vision standards.
  • Collaborate with business partners to improve processes and drive sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Economics.
  • Fluent in English, with additional European language skills a plus.
  • Field sales and sales management experience in the MedTech industry.
  • Sales force effectiveness experience on a managerial level desired.
  • Key account experience an advantage.
