Job Description

Tigo Energy, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the EMEA Sales Team and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist the sales team with quoting and proposals via Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Receive and process purchase orders via Salesforce.com, ERP platform, and NetSuite, ensuring accurate and efficient order management.
  • Document shipping instructions for each order, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and EMEA Sales Team to coordinate logistics for order and delivery fulfillment.
  • Manage customer payment and credit lines to align with customer requested ship dates.
  • Maintain customer documents in NetSuite, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Create and run Salesforce reports on a regular basis to show performance, activity, data hygiene compliance, etc.
  • Support the EMEA Sales Team with Salesforce.com reporting, dashboards, and key metrics tracking.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly bookings forecast process.
  • Manage each order, digitizing hard copy documents and files, and aid the field sales team in troubleshooting non-technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Prior Sales Operations Manager or similar role experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Self-starter with the ability to plan, prioritize, multi-task, and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Professional client-facing experience.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate between various departments on behalf of the EMEA Sales Team and Customers.
  • High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (a must).
