Technical Sales Manager EMEA, Personal Care Expert

Job Summary
The Technical Sales Manager EMEA, Personal Care will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the EMEA region. This role will work closely with Sales Managers, Global Key Account Managers, Marketing, and R&D functions to develop and execute strategies that meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and lead technical expertise in the EMEA region, driving business objectives and creating new business opportunities.
- Lead customer projects, collaborating with technology, marketing, and sales teams to resolve technical issues and develop technical relationships with customers.
- Drive product innovation, ensuring market needs, customer expectations, and regulatory standards are met in collaboration with R&D and marketing teams.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for internal teams and customers, ensuring clear communication of Elementis' products value proposition.
- Identify and line-up new business opportunities, aligning internal technical expertise with customer needs to drive new project development and support sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the personal care industry.
- Advanced computer software capabilities, including MS Office.
- Fluent in English, with any other European language a plus.
- Home office based, with up to 50% traveling required.
