Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our advanced energy solutions to customers in the Telecom Power Solution business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business activities in cooperation with business partners and end customers
  • Collect and provide field feedback to R&D/product management for design and feature improvement suggestions
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our company product lines
  • Support to sales team for quotations

Requirements

  • Degree in the field of electrical engineering (laurea o diploma perito tecnico)
  • 5 years experience in a sales position, experience with drafting an offer and preferably with selling solutions
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian
  • Fluent and effective communication in English
  • Responsibility, autonomy, reliability, and flexibility
  • Technical and analytical thinking, precision, organizational skills
  • Driver license level-B required (Business travel will be mainly domestic, depending on customer requirements)
  • Strong Team player who also can work independently in an international team
  • Positive spirit and attitude with implementation skill, ability to work under pressure and meet business deadlines, high level of business ethics
