Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our Diagnostics division in Italy. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing coordinated sales plans for the territory to meet or exceed company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market data and information to support sales efforts.
  • Participate in trade shows and customer gatherings to showcase Hologic's products and services.
  • Perform other related customer-based sales and support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager, Sales Representative, or relevant role, preferably with working knowledge of Diagnostics products.
  • A strong understanding of the Health system and customers based in the region.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience managing complex procurement processes and tender management.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Demonstrate basic computer skills including ability to utilize Hologic business applications, basic Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications, with minimal need for assistance.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
