About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating business from the Italian market, developing sales and client relationships, and achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Kuoni Tumlare services in Italy through client visits, phone calls, and market research
  • Expand the portfolio of Kuoni Tumlare clients and generate group and FIT business
  • Participate in sales trips, travel workshops, and fairs in Europe
  • Organize fam trips and educational tours for clients
  • Responsible for marketing activities, sales reports, and revenue control
Requirements:
  • Commercially minded and sales-driven with a deep understanding of the travel industry
  • Entrepreneurial and creative approach with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence at multiple levels and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience in operations, knowledge of internal procedures, and technical skills in Microsoft Office
