About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team, who will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and presenting our value proposition to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Present our value proposition to potential clients and negotiate deals
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and achieve business objectives
Essential Experience and Skills

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in FX sales or corporate sales (B2B)
  • Fluent Italian and excellent English language skills (Other languages are a plus)
  • Experience working in a commercial bank or FX broker dealing with SMEs and mid-corporates is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to develop sales strategies and negotiate deals
  • Comfortable with a phone sales approach and able to work in a team
  • Skilled in establishing strong relationships and building trust with clients
