Stiamo cercando un Dirigente delle Vendite Nazionali per la nostra sede di Roma Tiburtina.

Il candidato ideale avrà la possibilità di lavorare all'interno della UO Sales National Market, articolata in: Land and Air Defence Systems, Naval Systems, Air Traffic Control Systems e Underwater & Armaments Systems.

Le attività principali:

  • Partecipazione a Meeting preliminari con i Clienti (Bidder Conference e/o incontri dedicati), in coordinamento con il Marketing Manager di riferimento;
  • Convocazione del Kick-Off Meeting per illustrare al Bid Team l'opportunità Commerciale;
  • Coordinamento delle attività di preparazione di Offerta, in stretta collaborazione con il Bid Manager di riferimento;
  • Incontri di negoziazione con il Cliente, in seguito alla presentazione dell'Offerta;
  • Partecipazione nel processo di miglioramento continuo (process improvement);

Requisiti:

  • Laurea Magistrale, preferibilmente in ambito STEM o gestionale;
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza maturati in ambito Marketing, Sales, Project Management di programmi o Ingegneria di Offerta;
  • Conoscenza dei principi di Project Management e Bid Management;

Competenze preferenziali:

  • Spiccate attitudini relazionali;
  • Gestione del tempo e delle priorità;
  • Spirito di collaborazione e capacità di coordinamento;
  • Proattività, capacità di intervenire all'interno del Team per mitigare situazioni di conflitto;

Conoscenze linguistiche:

Conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata, livello B1;

Competenze informatiche:

Conoscenza degli strumenti di Microsoft Office, in particolare Word, Excel, Power Point;

Altro:

Disponibilità a trasferte in ambito nazionale;
