Job Title: Field Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Lombardy area, aiming to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in sales, analytical and strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure compliance with company strategies and policies.
  • Analyze sales and development data to optimize results for the sales team.
  • Define revenue objectives and commercial actions for each salesperson to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Support and assist salespeople in customer visits and offer-making.
  • Monitor profitability, market, and competition trends, and propose improvement measures.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in sales and sales management
  • Current experience in sales people management
  • Analytical and strategic mindset
  • Fluent English (B2 - Higher Intermediate)
  • Microsoft Office skills (Intermediate/Advanced level in PowerPoint and Excel)
