About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Human Capital Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and grow top talent.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the negotiation of job offers to future team members, ensuring they have all the necessary information.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and performance review changes for existing team members.
  • Manage labor contracts for team members based in Italy and abroad, and assist with visa documentation.
  • Work with the People Operations team to develop and improve employee welfare and benefits policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with laws and regulations regarding health and safety at work and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Exceptional reasoning ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Drive and ambition, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
