Position Title: IT Operations Support Lead

Role Overview
In light of the expanding landscape of IoT services, we are in search of an Operations Support Leader who can oversee the management of the BSS/OSS platform, which includes CRM, Order Management, Service Delivery Platform, ERP, and billing systems, whether hosted on-premises or in the cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise technical operations for BSS/OSS platforms within the production environment, leveraging both internal teams and outsourced services.
- Coordinate application deployments across BSS/OSS platforms.
- Monitor performance and availability of BSS/OSS platforms.
- Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Foster customer relationship management.
- Define and uphold operational procedures essential for daily and exceptional management of the platforms.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in managing complex platforms utilizing standard databases (Oracle/SQL), Linux, Java, and common software packages.
- Familiarity with ITIL and other industry best practices.
- Ability to manage both internal teams and outsourced services effectively.
- Strong metrics and control framework for operational activities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and/or Big Data/Cloudera is a plus.
