Position: SAP HCM PY Consultant, Argentina Payroll

Location: Spain, Italy, or Portugal (fully remote)

Your Mission:

As an AMS Consultant, you will support our outsourced clients in Latin America by delivering configuration and consulting payroll services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and functional and technical activities.
  • Identifying, managing, and testing SAP note applications.
  • Managing reported incidents and performing functional analysis and guidance/coaching on the technical way to implement them.
  • Generating easy-to-maintain, error-free implementations and customizing, respecting Alight best practices.
  • Operating required system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications/developments meet agreed specifications.
  • Providing documentation on issues handled.
  • Managing personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met, and regularly reporting on status and progress to the Application Maintenance Outsourcing (AMO) Team Manager.

  • Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance (configuration, maintenance, support).
  • Payroll knowledge and experience from Argentina (legislation, compliance, tax, etc.).
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources.
  • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
  • Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
  • Flexibility to cover clients from Latin America (considering time zones).
